Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's how refunds are handled at Stay Royal:

1. Cancellation by Guest:

  • Full Refund: If canceled 7+ days before check-in
  • 50% Refund: If canceled 3–6 days before check-in
  • No Refund: If canceled within 48 hours of check-in
Note: Processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Host or Stay Royal:

In rare cases where the host cancels due to unforeseen reasons:
  • Full refund will be issued
  • We will assist you in finding alternative accommodation

3. Refund Method:
